The Directorate of Academic Development advises, guides and monitors the academic processes of the ESPOCH, through the elaboration of regulations and standards; plans and executes the training and qualification of undergraduate teachers, to strengthen the activity of the teacher and researcher in order to achieve an education of quality and excellence.
